Shipping Policy

We deliver cookware to the contiguous 48 United States. Addresses outside those states are outside our delivery area.

Two parts of the journey

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. After the parcel is handed to the carrier, allow 3–7 days in transit. These are separate periods; weekends and holidays can affect processing. Delivery dates are estimates, rather than a guarantee.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is $6.99 for orders below $59. Orders totaling $59 or more in merchandise qualify for free standard shipping. Any applicable tax is separate. Your shipping charge appears in the cart and again at checkout.

Following your parcel

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used for your order. A tracking record can take time to show its first carrier scan. Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel, without an additional shipping charge.

Address changes and delays

Check the street address, unit number and ZIP code before placing your order. Contact us promptly if something needs correcting; changes depend on whether processing has begun. If a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, let us know so we can review the order and help resolve it. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate, and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.
