What size skillet should I choose?
Start with your usual portions and burner size. A smaller pan is easier to fit on a compact stove; a wider surface gives food more space for browning. Compare the listed diameter with a pan you already use, and check whether a measurement describes the rim or cooking surface.
How do stainless steel and cast iron differ?
Stainless steel is a useful choice for a range of stove tasks. Cast iron is typically heavier and retains heat well, but bare iron needs prompt drying and ongoing seasoning care. Coated, enameled and uncoated pieces have different care needs. Our material guide explains the distinctions.
Will every pan work on induction?
Compatibility belongs to the specific item. Look for a documented stovetop listing in its specifications. If induction is not listed, ask us before buying rather than assuming that a metal pan will work.
What should I do before the first meal?
Read the instructions included with the piece, wash it as directed and dry it carefully. Bare cast iron may need seasoning care. Do not assume a handle, lid or coating is oven-safe unless the item instructions expressly say so.
How should I clean cookware?
Let the cookware cool before cleaning. A soft sponge is a sensible starting point. Dry bare cast iron promptly and care for its seasoning. Use a dishwasher only when the instructions for that particular item permit it.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We deliver within the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 3–7 days afterward. Standard shipping costs $6.99 below $59 and is free for merchandise totals of $59 or more.
How do I return a piece?
Tell us within 30 days after delivery. Keep the cookware unused, complete and in its original packaging. Returns go to Veltrix Solutions LLC, 1455 Lakeside Estates Dr #1204, Houston, TX 77042. We cover return postage for defects, wrong items or transit damage; other return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Inspection takes 3–5 business days after receipt, followed by an approved refund. Bank posting times vary.
