Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Pan & Hearth, operated by Veltrix Solutions LLC, and to purchases made through this store. Read them with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Shopping and accounts

You must be an adult able to enter a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and keep any account password private. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not misuse the website, interfere with security or use it for unlawful purposes.

Products and prices

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable tax and shipping are shown before an order is submitted. Photographs help describe each piece, but screen colors can vary and measurements are approximate. The written specification and selected configuration identify what is included. Props shown with cookware are not included unless expressly listed.

We work to keep descriptions and pricing accurate. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you to explain it and offer the appropriate correction or cancellation with a refund. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; it does not require us to fulfill an order affected by an error or suspected misuse.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is limited to the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 3–7 days in transit. Standard shipping is $6.99 below $59, and free for merchandise totals of $59 or more. Eligible unused cookware may be returned within 30 days after delivery, with its original packaging. Using cookware

Follow the care instructions supplied with your item. Stove and oven suitability vary by piece; do not assume a feature applies to every product. Use appropriate hand protection around hot cookware and keep handles clear of adjacent burners. Contact us before purchase if a compatibility detail you need is not listed.

Website content and responsibilities

Our brand artwork, written content and site design may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Links to other services, if present, are provided for convenience. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from website use. Nothing here excludes legal rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions and resolution

Please contact us first so we can understand and address a concern. These terms are governed by applicable United States and Texas law, subject to consumer protections that apply to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
